Not exactly similar to Bulgari Man, but very nice, fresh and woody:

(1) Voyage D'Hermes
(2) Jack Black Blue Label EDP

I don't really love it myself, but Kenzo Woody more or less fits what you describe, and should be easy to find in a mall (in the US anyway).

Kenzo Pour Homme, He Wood Ocean Wet Wood, Lalique White, Derek Jeter Driven.

Horizon by Guy Laroche- discontinued now, still occasionally available online, fresh opening, cedar and sandalwood base.

Lalique White.

You'll struggle to find anything fresher than this, but you have to be a little patient. It's easy to be fooled by the WHOAPEPPERWHOA opening. I'm not bashing the opening, by the way. Many love it - especially pepper fans. But I'm not a pepper fan, so the open is rough for me. That only lasts about 15 to 20 minutes. Then, the scent evolves into a very fresh clean scent before making its way into the woods. It's really worth checking out.
