The reviews were INTENSELY split here.

I'm going to explain anyways...I'm neutral on it. Really the standout of the fragrance is the bottle, what's inside it is somewhat meh. I group it in with the Dior Homme/Intense, Armani Code, Burberry Brit lot. Some people say Bvlgari Black, I don't see it. It does smell nice, it's just somewhat redundant. I'll keep Dior Homme Intense for my powdery sweet tooth.

Another neutral here. The folks at Fragrantica RAVE about this juice, but having been burned by a blind buy of Dreamer (which received similar adulation there), I decided to test MiP first. I'm glad I did, because it's nothing special, to my nose.

Above average, but nothing to lose your mind over - it's a sweet fragrance with a pleasant drydown.
I won't be buying this any time soon, but I certainly didn't dislike it.

I don't get the Armani Code vibe at all.

I get the whiff of burning tires while driving through a talc powder factory's dank basement filled with black mold.

Neutral. Had a bottle but swapped it. Although I like the scent, I just wasn't reaching for it that often. I think one of the main reasons I purchased it was for the beautiful bottle, that and the price. For $40 you could do much worse.

Personally love it.

I am neutral because I have not tried this one yet. Have heard a lot of positive things.

I like it very much, but I admit part of that has to do with the pretty bottle. I also think it smells really good, but it is quite similar to Bulgari Black. I'm somewhere between love it and neutral, but closer to love it.

I own it, but never wear it. Other than the pretty bottle, do not feel any other redeeming quality about MiP.

Love this stuff, not my greatest or most loved frag, but I rate it highly. This in my opinion is the Armani Code and Bulgari Black killer, has elements of both of those and does them better, very pleasant, lasts a long time, and very nice presentation....Now at its high price tag at retail maybe not worth it, but I got an 4.2 oz EDP for $45 and at that price it's an absolute steal. Still great juice, I mean the only things in the sweetish-sexy genre I would rate higher than this are Dior Homme, Dior Homme Intense, and maybe La Nuit de L'Homme.

I voted neutral. I do see the similarities with Bulgari Black, but I find this more pleasant. I enjoy it, but it's very rarely my SOTD because there are so many things in my wardrobe that I enjoy more. As others have mentioned, though, the bottle is stunning.

I like it... A very nice fragrance..... Gary

I love the brightness and jauntiness of MIP“s soul.

I like it but it's very much an evening scent in my book, not very versatile. I prefer it to Bvlgari Black though, that rubber tyre note gets a bit wearing.

Decidedly neutral.

Owned a bottle but got rid of it as I never wore it. Too versatile and too "safe", which means I always have something that suits the mood better.

Very nice. Another Polge that is pleasant to wear and takes the edge off.

I love it!!!

Leather, tonka bean, almond, light incense, and TEA!!!!!

This is an amazing fragrance, I can see slight comparisons to Bvlgari Black and Armani Code, yet MiP is light years ahead of those two in my opinion.

It does share very very slight similarities with Dior Homme, and with the DNA of Olivier Polge in both it is somewhat noticeable.

With MiP, you get beautiful leather note, strong almond and tonka bean which gives this fragrances a kind of smoothness and creaminess, the tea in this is absolutely amazing, the tea is very very prominent in this fragrance, and I love it. There is a powdery sweetness to this fragrance, which is amazing.

I have received numerous compliments on this from women.

Beware this fragrance may be masculine but it has some "feminine tendencies", therefore it is for a male who is 100% confident and sure of himself.

Very good frag. The more you wear it, the more you will appreciate it!

i love it, but it's not for everybody.
LOVE it, it's my favorite fall/winter scent that I've found.
I adore this scent, especially in the edp version. I find the leather and tonka bean notes to be so pleasing. A definite evening, seductive scent. I get as many compliments wearing MIP as I do with DHI and Aventus.

It's powdery and that's what I think turns people off. It's a beautiful fragrance. This also probably turns some people off to it.
