Any NEW clean/soapy scents?

Seems like every year or so I go through a phase looking for that perfect clean/soapy scent... Usually the standard suggestions are Mugler, Prada Infusion d'homme, OV, Puro Lino, Gendarme or Lutens L'eau.... anything new out there??

Jeanne Arthes Eau Zone Men. Not new but inexpensive and clean.

New? no, but you have the basics covered with Gendarme and OV. Those are my personal favorite cleans.

have you tried grey vetiver?

Well, I'd say the current formulation of Paco Rabanne pour homme is basically liquified Irish Spring soap.

Give Dunhill Fresh and Dunhill Pure a try if you haven't already. They are not new scents, but they are certainly fresh/soapy. Very underrated too. Fresh is a bit more generic. Pure is reminiscent of GIT with a more soapy vibe. Also, (although I have yet to try it) Alfred Sung pH is supposed to smell like Irish Spring soap, and be a big time powerhouse. This could be good to have in one's arsenal.. a soapy powerhouse..

Tom Ford Grey Vetiver is it for a while... picked up a bottle this weekend. I never really gave it much of a try since the opening always reminded me of the Different Company's Sel De Vetiver (which I already have). After 3 hours GV loses much of its vetiver scent and instead turns into a nice french "milk soap" (like Pre De Provence) skin scent... I like.

I totally agree with Dunhill Fresh!!!!! Glad to see this one getting some love, Maurice Roucel is the perfumier behind it so you know its good.

Also I would suggest to t/s Prada Amber Pour Homme, didn't see you mention that one. It is a very classy, expensive soap fragrance!!!!
