Try Chanel Coco, Estee Lauder Cinnabar or Donna Karan Black Cashmere. Others that are similar are Estee Lauder Youth Dew, Guerlain Shalimar or Vivienne Westwood Boudoir. I wouldn't call Cinnabar or Youth Dew modern though. Coco is probably your best bet.
I was going to say Cinnabar too but it's heavier. I used to wear these two, then moved to Dune and 24 Faubourg. Vivien westwoods boudoir is worth a try. None of these are similar exactly but you may like them too. I'm not sure i've smelled much in the way of Opium in many frags come to think of it. I will dwell on it.
