The drydown in this smells like a spicier Caron Pour Un Homme...anyone else agree with this?

I don't quite get that....2 very different scents all the way through to my nose...but there must be a similar note in both that's really standing out for you. I think this happens to a lot of people with different frags, myself included.

Just to clarify, im only talking about the base notes of both. I know there's no lavender in LL, but maybe the vanilla and cedar give me that impression...

They are both sort of thick scents though.
