Good morning all !. SotD is Ulrich Lang Lightscape.

Perfect day here with cloudless skies, frost, zero windchill. Outward bound shortly followed by lunch in a traditional pub. Managed to persuade the better half that she should drive (real ale you see - G will understand )

So good to have you here, Jon! It makes BN a much better and inviting place.
I started the day off in Eau de Fleurs de Cedrat.
Best to all

Good morning, all! It's cold in London but at least it's not raining, eh?

Sampling Ipo by Saffron James. It is a light and tender fragrance that is perfect for a hot summer day... But I would also wear it on cold day such as today as a pick-me-up. I love the lemongrass and orange blossom notes in this, but I also detect frangipani. It's not listed in the notes though.

Have a lovely Sunday <3

It's an exquisite Sunday in Guerlain L'Heure Bleue EdP

I'm buying a new perfume shortly and I'm seriously torn between Parfum d'Empire Cuir Ottoman and M.Micallef Style. Don't know which one to chose. I think I like both equally but Cuir Ottoman was on my wishlist longer than Style. Help!

Easyfish, how did you manage to bribe my mama to release that childhood snapshot of me? Seriously, next time I go to Europe I am so stealing one photograph where I was trying to make a berry fragrance (do not know the name of them berries in English, they are orange and grow in clusters on the trees that have small oval leaves) at the tender age of 5, and the cat was involved too. Now that brings some memories.

Undecided, scent-wise. Perhaps, Bottega Veneta again?

Good morning!

T, sounds like you are describing a Mountain Ash tree, they have bright orange berries and grow in clusters.

LadyM, I like Ipo, too. Have you tried Le'a? That one has frangipani in it and smells just like Hawaii, it's one of my favorites.

SotD is Serge Lutens Rose de Nuit.

Have a great Sunday!

K., thanks -- I think you are right!

Hello everyone, SOTD is vintage Emeraude. I'm about to head out to finish my shopping for Thanksgiving dinner, and this powdery, tranquil beauty should see me through the fray.

Have a lovely Sunday, all.

Good morning/afternoon, everyone -

I'm in vintage-70s Jolie Madame edt this morning. I rarely crave this one, but when I do it's simply perfect. Y'all have a great day!

I'm wearing In Love Again

I'm queasy and a little headachey today, but didn't wake up this way. Hopefully it will pass. It's a sunny day and I have cabin fever-- want to get out for a bit.

Nice to see everyone up so early, smelling good (as always). Lazy day here, just had brunch and off to a day spa for some exercise, sauna, steam, pool laziness.

Started the morning in:

34 Boulevard Saint Germain by Diptyque

Now I'm in:

Hermessence Osmanthe Yunnan by Hermes (from a dwindling decant, thanks to Larimar!)

This stuff rocks on a crisp hot morning like today. Nice florals and tea, swirling all around me...

Later on tonight it will be something with sandalwood...
The She-Wolf today. It's not hot up here in Tampa, Mike P...It's kind of cold today. I am slightly jealous!
Lutens before breakfast today. Normally a nocturnal wear for me, Sarrasins by day strikes me as more vegetal, perhaps the fresh air made it so as my son and I ventured out to brunch on a crisp sunny day.

Hope those ales (I presume there was more than one imbibed) hit the spot, Jon ! Nothing quite beats a CAMRA pub

I cooked a curry for dinner and my fingers are still burning slightly from all the chillies I chopped. Par for the course, I guess.

Anyway, Jicky extrait tonight (what a surprise!).

Best to all - here's to a good week ahead.

Hope you're feeling better, 30R!

Lucasai, you know how fond I am of Cuir Ottoman, I have to give it my vote!

Evangeline guessed it right, birthday party for a friend last night and I sort of behaved. Not feeling too bad at all today! More birthday partying this afternoon, this one for the neighbors' little boy. Just about partied out. Wearing Cristalle EDP today. Have a nice Sunday, everyone!

(((30R))) I hope you feel better.

Jon, your Rose 31 photo is so wonderfully evocative! Just beautiful!

Evangeline, I love the frat party emoticon from your SotD post yesterday evening. It gave me quite the chuckle this morning.

I'm in the lovely, warm SL Encens et Lavande today.
Hugs to 30R, hope you feel better soon.
Dr. G, poor fingers! I chopped chilies today too, nowhere near as hot as yours must have been. How do you take care of this?

I've been cooking all morning and having a really good time. We were able to purchase a huge variety of produce, herbs and fruit from the Soulard Market yesterday.

SOTD is Chanel Coco edt.
Feel better, 30Roses.

It's turned out to be a beautiful day. It's 48F and all the ice and snow that was left from our
last storm has disappeared! Wearing Ava Luxe Love's True Bluish Light for the afternoon.

I like Le'a, too! One of the gift shops here stocks the Saffron James oils. It was a tossup between the Le'a and the Ipo. The latter really does smell like pakalana...

Perhaps you will laugh at me, but I spritzed a bit of the Terre d'Hermes sample that came for my husband. I had to wash some of it off, but what is left is really lovely.

Housework today...
