Hermes Ambre Narguile projection/longevity

hello everyone

i have purchased Hermes ambre Narguile and i was surprised with its longevity and projection both being poor. i am using their 15ml atomizer which seems to be spraying less quantity/spray. so i compensated for that by spraying double my usual sprays. however, i still got poor longevity/projection. please share your opinion on that

thank you

In my case longevity and projection are fine.

Likewise with hednic, but I think it's better sprayed on the neck than on your chest because the latter's exposure is a lot less and projection therefor

It is only an EdT, which might account for some people's experience of poor longevity. Personally I found it so delicious that I wanted to reapply constantly, to combat olfactory fatigue Maybe that's the problem people have

But when restraining myself, I found longevity and projection to be just fine

no problem with projection and longevity,,over 8 hours for me.

I am afraid most of the Hermessence line has very mild projection/longeivity. Layer with another amber?
Oh, and do try Evody Ambre Intense. It's so much stronger, better, long-lasting and ... cheaper.

I haven't had any problems at all with longevity or projection with this one.

Recently sprayed it on the back of my hand at a Duty Free and it still had respectable presence 6+ hours after.

You are probably fatiguing your nose and even though YOU cannot smell it, I'm sure everyone around you can. AN is STRONG! Next time you wear it, ask someone you know if they can smell the fragrance on you.

I do NOT spray this one (or other strong fragrances) near my face (neck, throat, etc) but on my torso, arms, etc.

It's a strong fragrance IMO. I don't think it projects a lot, but I think it does last a while.

after retesting it by spraying around triple the number of usual sprays the projection and longevity became just good . it seems the 15ml atomizer sprays much less volume per spray. anyone using their 15ml atomizer?

Few scents have as good longevity. I get 10 hours easily

Yes, I do. I spray very sparingly and get excellent staying power. I think too much of it causes olfactory fatigue. I once had that using too much tobacco vanille.

Is it better than Ambre Sultan?
