Whoops, people are still posting on yesterday's thread!

Let's give this a bump, then. I don't have any scent yet but I was glad to see Perfume of Life forum back online after months of thinking it was gone forever.

Will never forget: Happy Anni to the Es! E., remember it is Mr.T's birthday too? We were laughing about it back in 2010? We make a wonderful duo: a Wolf and a Scorp, honestly.

Good evening everyone.

Thanks for posting that photo iivanita.

Congrats Evangeline.

Dad's new pets - Golden Pheasants

ivanita - love the pictures of Croatia, I had such a wonderful afternoon there years ago...walking around, hearing church bells, eating delicious pastries & marzipan. Lovely vacation memories.
Happy Anniversary to the Evangelines! I cannot even remember when Ray & I celebrated 2 years (back in 1999) but I hope that you and your hubby do something romantic to celebrate your special day!
hedonist - I don't think I've ever seen pheasants (except for on a dinner plate). LOL. They're beautiful.

Play Black by Comme des Garcons (from my Vegas sample stash)

iivanita, lovely photo! Croatia is on my "to visit" list, now that I'm finally free to travel!

Happy Anniversary to Mrs. and Mr. E! Congratulations and may you have many, many more happy years to come!

Jon, I really hope you enjoy your week off and indulge yourself a bit.

I'm repeating yesterday's SotE, Ava Luxe Opoponax Intense. Evangeline, when you're right, you're right! I love it!

Hedonist, love the Golden Pheasant pics. They live wild here in small pockets of the UK, and we have been fortunate enough to get a few rare sightings. Always amazes me how such brightly coloured birds can vanish so efficiently at the merest hint of disturbance. Real stunners.

Sticking with sandalwood this evening - Diptyque Tam Dao.

Happy Birthday to Mr T

(((Evangeline))), I wish you both the happiest of anniveraries and decades of joy to come. Congratulations! Enjoy your very special day!

In Guerlain Encens Mythique d'Orient and pleasantly surprised. I feel the presence of their classics here; the wonderful Guerlain aldehydes are easily detectable. Not a scent I need personally but I hope this one finds lots of love.
Congratulations Evangeline from me too!
Mine is L'Artisan Parfumeur Vanille Absolutement, surprisingly soft and cuddly....
Happy day, Mrs. E! Enjoy your time with hubby, and you smell great by the way

I must go back and catch up on some threads that I missed this weekend. But today I am in Dior Homme.

I'm testing Amouage Opus IV today, my first Amouage testing EVER! I've been busy baking treats to take to work tomorrow for our department Thanksgiving dinner. It's been tough, because my stupid RA decided to flare in my shoulder and hand.

Happy anniversary to Mr and Mrs Evangeline and happy birthday to Mr T

Be extra careful with RA in your hand, wear a splint when resting (if you have been advised to). Swelling at hand joints can cause tendons to get stretched, and then when the swelling subsides, the overstretched tendons can slip out of their normal grooves, and that is when deformities of the hand can happen.

Figured I'd check in with my scent of the day even though it's 20 minutes after midnight. I didn't wear a scent for the duration of the day, I've been relaxing/resting I'm having some kind of allergic reaction to something which I'm almost 100 percent sure isn't perfume related, but I've got this bumpy red rash on my arms which isn't fun, at first we thought it was medication related. but now that I've switched medication a few times and it keeps coming back we're not sure, hopefully the dermatologist can help when I see him Wednesday. Anyway I'm wearing Shalimar to bed this evening, enjoying a cup of green tea and listening to an album I haven't heard in a while.
