Non-powdery, but dry AMBER?

Saw a good thread about dry ambers, but was wondering if it can be narrowed down to ones that are:
1. Not powdery
2. Very dry (not sweet) w/ minimal amount of vanilla (if any)

In general,
a. Not big on carnation/cinnamon nor violet notes
b. Not overly perfume-y or cologne-y, if that makes any sense (can be worn close to the skin)
c. Medicinal, resinous, herbal, spicy or smokey qualities all fine!

Some names of some possibly dry ambers I gathered are as follows (although not sure of possible powder factors):
Ambre Russe (Parfum d'Empire)
Black Amber (Agonist)
Ambre (Mona di Orio)
Ambre 114 (Histoire de Parfums)
Ambra Aurea (Profumum)
SL Amber Sultan

Any subtractions or additions? Thanks!

Ambre Sultan seems to fit what you're looking for pretty easily.

Halston Man Amber

Prada Amber pour Homme Intense

-1 Ambre 114 & Black Amber if by 'dry' you mean 'not too sweet'.

L'Air du Desert Marocain... doesn't come much drier than that.

Thanks - great to have several to choose from! Glad to have been reminded of the Bond No.9, since I now remember a woman friend wearing one of their ambers, which I liked (though not sure if it was Harrod's or New York Amber). Will also check out Baldessarini Ambre, Dorin Un Air d'Arabie Ambre (if I can find it over here), Amouage Opus VI, L'Air du Desert Marocain, Prada Amber pour Homme Intense and Ambre Sultan, too. Will knock off Ambre 114 & Black Amber for their sweetness. Was starting to think it might be the nature of amber to be powdery - now have a few new options that will hopefully counter that notion. Also tough to find it without the combo of a prominent vanilla note.

Another scent with a non-dominant amber note that may be suitable, is: Azzaro pour Homme.
