Good morning from rainy and foggy Milan!
Scientifically testing two fragrances in order to discover which one I'd love to see under the Christmas tree... (or maybe both): on the left PdE Cuir Ottoman, on the right Etro Gomma. Same amount, same time of spraying, development closely monitored... Up to now it's still... both!

Good morning everyone. Today I've kind of started to slightly panic :/.... Need to have packed, cleaned the house after me and handed in the keys in just...4 days. I've started with the packing,but seem to need more cardboardboxes... The ex fetched his stuff on wednesday and thursday...Only now I seem to have "landed" after that. In a way I'm looking forward to move,but at the same time not. Sotd is Shalimar.Hope you all have a great start of the week.

SOTD is Sous le Vent, a beautiful, bracing palate cleanser after a bender of heavy rich orientals and gourmands.
Notes include basil, bergamot, lavender, tarragon, carnation, oakmoss, iris, woods, patchouli

Thanks PerfumedLady, and I'll be sure to pass along that suggestion, lol! I love Eau de Charlotte btw, but I always seem to save it for warmer weather - I'll have to buck that trend and give it a go sometime sooner than later.

Thanks Wolfie - I completely agree. She's just devastatingly gorgeous! And for Mike's Guerlain I'd guess Shalimar, but you don't wear Shalimar ...or do you?

He woudl say "his" Guerlain is Mitsouko, but in my mind it is an entirely different and gentler animal. Not Shalimar.

Happy Birthday, Mike!!! Will there be more dancing tonight, or did you get your temporary fill Saturday night? I know how *this* 42 y/o body feels after a late, late night ... Not the way it did at, say, 26!!

I seem to be on a Parfumerie Generale kick lately. SotD is PG Felanilla. Love the fragrance -- even with the iris!!! , but that name! (Cringes) Ack!

Larimar - I am in my birthday gift, I cracked open the string & wax seal this morning, decanted it into an atomizer and sprayed it on after a shower with the Shower Gel and a liberal application of the Body Cream:

Later this afternoon I had a FAN-tastic massage, wore:

Jicky vintage Parfum de Toilette by Guerlain

Aiona - ADORABLE baby. Give him a kiss on his softly scented head, from me.

Tonight it will be more Shalimar extrait. I like to, ever so often, really douse myself with the parfum especially the vintage. It can be a mind-bending experience. In a good way.

Happy birthday, Mike-in-Miami, and very happy birthday to baby Aiona!

Today was Reglisse Noire for me. Seem to have survived Thanksgiving intact, the scale reads the same though I feel I ate enough to feed a small town, calories-wise anyway.

Spent all day yesterday shopping for new phones and plan for the family, finally it is done. Well done as far as decisions anyway, phones are ordered but plans not yet, waiting for phone delivery to make absolutely sure all need "regular" sim cards first.
