If money is not an issue and you are looking for pure projection and longevity:

New Haarlem by Bond No. 9
A*Men by Thierry Mugler
1 Million by PR
Tobacco Vanille by Tom Ford
Back to Black by Kilian
Memoir Man by Amouage

Smells nothing like spent cigarettes. Also, in my opinion it doesn't project/last as many people claim. It is a strong/pungent fragrance of vanilla and sweet tobacco, but it doesn't fill the room.

It will not. It smells more like spices, vanilla, and tobacco leaves (not smoke at all).

As for the projection/longevity, you may be in the minority. On me at least, it lasts 24 hours for sure, and projects for at least half of that. It does not "fill a room," but if that is all you care about, buy A*Men and spray that on.

Some good suggestions here...I'll add Tom Ford for Men Extreme. That sucker has been kicking butt for me now that the weather has cooled.
