Parfum d'Empire customer service?

Hi guys!
Did anyone order from PDE online shop?
Or better say did anybody manage to get an answer from their "customer service"?
Payed for their Musk Tonkin on 19/11/12 and all I get now (after 10 days!) is an automatic "Ticket Paiement" - a notification from their bank system...
No confirmation message from the very shop, no shipping notification...
Tried to contact them 3 times via "contact form" on the site but got no answer..
WTF?

Will be interested to know as well.

Asked if they'd ship to countries not included in their drop down list through the same form, but didn't receive a reply.

Everything proved to be not that bad..
Got a message (as a reply for my 3rd letter..) that bottle is shipped via Collisimo.
Got it today.

The scent is great btw))

Similar experiences from last year ... you would think GFC would teach Europeans to drop their noses and deliver. But hey no ... I guess it must be built in DNA of nonchalance. Hand written letter compensates some of it though.
