Sniff-together in Melbourne 9th December

For those who like sniffing, discussing and sharing frags in person, I'm organising a little lunchtime 'sniff-together' in Melbourne on Sunday 9th December from 11.30am:

Alphabet City Cafe (in the back 'loungeroom')
100 High Street Northcote

Feel free to bring along your current fave bottles or samples for 'show and tell' (optional), plus any fragrances you want to try swapping, etc. (also optional).

All newcomers and fragrance newbies will be made welcome!

Hi John,
Men have indeed attended in the past. It's not supposed to be a 'ladies lunch' type of thing :-) Most of the stuff we like is 'unisex' anyway - particularly Uncle Serge's creations!

Hopefully MsV will not mind my shameless plug (however if it is a problem I'm happy to remove the post) - anyone interested in the below?

- NIB Alexander McQueen Kingdom EDP 100ml (in cellophane)
- NIB Issey Miyake Le Feu d'Issey EDT 75ml (in cellophane)
- NIB Vintage 80s Guerlain Vol de Nuit PARFUM 7.5ml (sealed in box)

I am looking into downsizing my collection so swapping isn't really an option, yet considering how ultra rare all of the above are I will take my chances here. I am happy to deliver them to Northcote next Sunday if needed. Please feel free to PM me if you got an offer. Photos are available on my members page and I can take more anytime. Take care.

I'm heading back up to Sydney this Saturday (on uni holidays)

Hopefully, another one will be arranged in the new year and I'll come along! Unfortunately, all my perfumes + samples are in Sydney, I only ever bring down 5 at a time.

I'll be bringing some frags not readily available in Oz for some free sniffs. (some male, some female/unisex).

Hi Ladies, thanks for the great afternoon. I really enjoyed myself.
It was a pleasure meeting you all, and being able to put a face to the usernames.

I look forward to the next meeting. Come along to the next one guys, you will enjoy the sample sniffing and chat.

Thanks so much for coming, John, and I'm so glad you enjoyed it! I think you got a few of us hooked on Montale :-)

And thanks also to efemmerel - it was fantastic to see you! Checking out your ELD'O coffret was a real highlight for me.

I'm planning to make this a regular thing... just working out the dates for next year (stay tuned).
