Brilliant. I wonder if it will actually smell like Pizza Hut pizza. I wouldn't wear it, but I might spray it in the kitchen. I would give it as a gift. ...But where's the Big Mac perfume?!?

And for the record, I quite liked Flame. It didn't smell like grilled meat to me, though. It smelled rather generic and dry woody if I recall. Perhaps there was that note of grilled meat (or more likely, a smoky material), but I didn't perceive it as dominant. And it was a great conversation piece to boot!

More info from Marketingmag.ca:

As for the scent itself, Luck said “it smells like dough with a little bit of seasoning added.” Pizza Hut’s director of marketing, Beverly D’Cruz, noted that the perfume is more about entertainment than aroma. “We discovered it was hard to match the smell of freshly baked bread, but it smells somewhat close,” she said, adding that one could also spray the perfume around a room to make it smell like pizza.

Limited edition of 110? Sounds niche to me!

Ever since I smelled some pizza scented Gak (whoa throwback!) I can't do fake pizza smells. Luckily that's a pretty rare thing. I'll stick to the real deal.

Pass. I use the niche approach: I smother my wrists with leftover Margherita Napoletana from the night before every Sunday morning before heading out to brunch.

Ewww. i used to work at a pizza shop and hated coming home smelling like pizza. I love pizza but don't want to smell like that!! I'll pass.

lol moronic advertising company thought it was a good idea to smell like pizza, how insane...

Smells like minimum wage,

Now, if they made a bacon scent, it would be more hyped than Aventus, DHI, and LIDGE...combined

That sounds terrible and a horrible marketing idea!

Just the gourmand I've been dreaming of. I am so on this.

I had a bad bottle of Creed Erolfa once that smelled just like pepperoni pizza! I was ticked!

As long as it doesn't have anchovy notes...

Bad idea, IMO. Pass.

ROTFL!!!!!

Now Coke...that might be a great fragrance. No, no Vanilla Pepsi!!!! Dear Pepsico- you need to make a vanilla pepsi fragrance. I would most likely wear it.

Maybe you could get The Giant Meal Deal and add the scent of wings as well.

They would have to do Eau de Mountain Dew for me.

You too can smell like Pizza the Hutt.

'YES' to 'freshly baked bread' scent. 'NO' to 'pizza' scents. Is it really that hard to recreate the scent of 'freshly baked bread'? I'd love to have one as a room spray.

I'll take a Pizza Hut perfume over one "launched" by Snooki Polizzi, and I don't even like Pizza Hut pizza.

I'm waiting for Eau de Kentucky Fried Chicken.

I'd actually like if an oregano note (or almost any other pizza spices) were captured in a scent, but I have doubts if this is even possible in scent.
