Amouage Tribute application

I don't like the reformulation of Tribute as much as the original, but I think I am going to take the plunge and buy a bottle. My question is that it is so concentrated and intense, how do you all apply it? I have a concentrated expensive oud oil, and I put a drop in a dollup of unscented lotion, and spread it over the chest and neck. What do you all do for application of this fragrance?

I use a roll-on applicator.

I just hit my pulse points with the roll-on.

I purchased the 3ml from these people:

Use the wand on the bottle

I also use the wand in the cap, just what sticks on the band (and sometimes not all of it either) applied to inner elbows. A lotion before or after seems useful to make it more long lasting. Your method sounds great too, but I wouldn't do neck or anywhere close to the face. This is potent stuff.

Although, never had a problem with the neck, I do want to thank, taught me a little something new, which is always a good to learn.

I'll have to try next time I wear it.

If you are purchasing an actual bottle (12ml-30ml) just apply the drop from the wand on to your finger than apply to your pulse points.when using the amouage wand, do not let it touch your skin as you may contaminate with your skins natural oils and ruin or degrade the attar, which i've seen happen. Rather let the drop touch you than have fun. Remember one drop goes a very very longway.

With oil attars I always apply the wand on one wrist then rub both wrists together. Sometimes I like to put a very small amount behind my ears and gently rub in.
