hi i am 18yo and currently have bulgari aqua, la nuit de lhomme, armani code, curve and cool water

im looking for a cheap blind buy that you guys think i would like (less than $30)

yeah but the problem with that thread is that i dont know if the colognes are suitable for my age

My advice is to NOT blind buy. Please don't think of yourself in a race. Buy some decants and take your time to explore different options.

As far as what most would consider to be "suitable" for your age and in terms of what you currently own, Armani Acqua di Gio, as much maligned as it may be sometimes, would make a very good choice in identifying what you like and what you do not.
