Falling in love but need HELP!

Thread Starter
Hi, im a 28 year old male who is getting older and mature and getting into things like cologne, I work at a place that hosts events for successful people from all over and internationally as well and came across a guy from london wearing penhallogins and I was intrigued, and ever since been trying fragrances, I love the way women react to it. I just dont know what to spend money on. Ive bought recommendations from people and have had mixed feelings. I still have Curve which my gf loves on me, but i wanna switch up. I have the original YSL and I think its too sweet at first but it becomes nice after awhile. Bought a gucci cologne and gave it away, too sweet. I guess what im saying is, can someone recommend some mature yet fresh, not too woody i guess. If you know Curve, you know what I like, I just wanna smell fresh for ladies in their 20s to 40s per say. Any sample sites? Tips? Im trying to become grown and sexy. Thanks new basenote family!

Sample sites you can use are (myperfumesamples.com),(surrendertochance.com),(lu ckyscent.com) and google Crystal Flacon; they sell samples and larger decants from it's members. A few suggestions out a hundred thousand!:

Chanel Egoiste
Yves Saint Laurent Rive Gauche pour homme
Dior Homme Sport
Chanel Allure Blanche
Jacques Fath EDT by Jaques Fath

Try as many samples as you can to get a good idea of what you like and don't before you go out and blind buy a full bottle of fragrance and don't just sample it once, but try it several times before making up your mind about a frag. That's sound advice.

You may like Dior Homme Sport
A&F Fierce is nice, younger girls (18-25'ish) love it.

Go to Sephora, smell a bunch of stuff. They're bound to have something you like. Try some stuff on, ask for samples of the things you really like. Sounds like you're looking for a crowd pleaser. Maybe start with Chanel Bleu, Armani Aqua Di Gio, Spicebomb, YSL L'Homme.

Another for London & Platinum Egoiste. If you're looking to go niche, or a bit higher end, maybe try Creed Silver Mountain Water.
