Which fragrances would you consider 9/10 or even 10/10?

When I read cologne reviews a lot of the newer ones end up getting around an 8/10. I'm wondering which ones do you think stand above all others and can be held to a higher standard. The fragrances that can stand the test of time in your opinion? For me I think it would be....

Givenchy Pi I like sweet fragrances and the smell to this one is really "deep" to me. I'd give it a 9/10. What would yours be?

My 10/10 rating is basically fragrances I would wear every day and feel comfortable and that will always be a part of my collection (irreplaceable), longevity is fundamental as well.

My 9/10 are fragrances that are a step below the 10 and though they are pretty much permanent staples in my collection, if something else comes along that does it better I will go through extensive research and testing to possibly replace it.

Himalaya (doesn't get a lot of play here, but it is super versatile and I love the icy, pine kissed blast)

I'm a big Creed fan. They were the house that got me really into fragrances late last summer.
