Working on a Saturday . NEVER !

Clear skies and light breeze here. Off into the country to a Xmas market - will be treating fellow shoppers to a few tempting whiffs of Eau des Baux.

Good morning, all. I've been up since the unholy hour of 5 on a freezing Saturday. Why don't antique dealers do business at midnight instead?

Anyway, I'm re-testing Tipsy Social Blah Blah today. It opens with a fruity cocktail note... Bolly, anyone?

Hello dear friends! Wishing a lovely weekend to all of you! Today I'm wearing Keiko Mecheri Cuir Cordoba.

Morning All,

Lovely clear skies here as well. Busy afternoon / evening ahead: Meeting a friend to take in the Pre-Raphaelite exhibition at the Tate, followed by some mulled wine and supper at the Xmas markets along the Southbank before ending up the British Film Institute for a Doris Day movie. Wearing Fumerie Turque.
Enjoy your markets, Jon. Commiserations, Fragranceman. Pass the Bolly, LadyM!
Best to you all. Enjoy your Saturday !

Good morning from freezing, snow covered Basel! Thanks all for your kind wishes

Testing, as usual Cuir Ottoman and Gomma, just to make extra sure that I need both. Will be testing something else, later, there's a beautiful perfume shop in town, Hyazinth, and I'm probably dropping in...

have a nice weekend!

Oh, poor love fragranceman. I am off today, yipee. He he! Sorry darling but I do my bit at weekends as you know.

Hey G. I do say that London in Winter is just the most glamorous City. We did a January trip for several years, but not recently. Must do better.

I am off into town today too. I have some things to do, (like getting a camouflage parka for my nieces Xmas) but no doubt there will be some cheer along the way, maybe something with bubbles in it!!

Lucas, that sounds great. Do tell!

Jon have a lovely time at the Christmas market. You should be compensated for olfactively enhancing the environs.

SOTD is Attrape Cœur, getting close to finishing the decant and will be sad when I do. It's such a beauty.

Best to all.

This is how it looks today in Zagreb:-)

Covered in snow, and doing snow cleaning:-) wearing just a dab of Don Corleone, that tuberose scent smells like smoked ham at the beginning, its so gourmand vanilla tuberose that i like to have a sniff or two from this sample:-) , pity its not very long lasting one

Enjoy long awaited weekend:-)

Yippe-tee-yee-yayo! We have got some white stuff too, almost one whole inch, not as impressive as you guys in Southern Europe, but it breaks our consequitive 277 days without. Dry and powdery stuff, not enough moisture to do a snowball fight or make a snowman. Kiliwia, what did you guys get? We need more here, you know..... (ExtremeK to the south of us could use some too, I have heard....)

Powdery garden on me today -- Guirlandes de Carven, thanks to the Royal British Mail.

Hello everyone!

Sounds like lots of fun and festive things are in store today! Here, too. We're hosting a pre-performance cocktail party this evening before going to see Ballet Hispanico and the Afro-Latin Jazz Orchestra, and I've got a lot to do! I'm in vintage Private Collection this morning for errands and party prep.

Y'all have a fantastic day!

Enjoying the remnants of last night's bedtime spritz of Miss Dior Le Parfum. A beautiful, strong scent this is (one spray to the cleavage allows heavenly diffused fragrance) that smells slightly different every time I wear it.

After a shower, SotD will be Private Collection Jasmine White Moss.

Caved in and made one or two calorific purchases today while out and about - jam, pate, biscuits, cherry brandy. Intended for the festive season but may not remain intact until then. Will-power will be severely tested over the coming days ...

Good afternoon, everyone! I'm off to a late start today. Slept late (went to bed late; daughter needed to talk) and am only now getting my day's tasks list organized.

Having just posted about Sublime Vanille, I am headed over to my dresser to get a dab of my sample.

Hey y'all -

I'm taking a bit of a breather before putting the finishing touches on our pre-ballet soirée, and then I'll be ready to receive our guests ...hopefully! I'm in Patou 1000 for the evening, vintage-70s parfum. Have a wonderful night, everyone!

If you haven't already, I'd highly recommend Tauer's Une Rose Chypree. All his rose scents are wonderful, but Une Rose Chypree is the best IMO.

Tom Ford Noir for me today.

Still sillaging in Vintage Bel Ami tonight. It elicited my first discernable frag compliment this evening, and that from a member of the opposite sex. It has been some 7 years since my frag odyssey began and this was the first real compliment to my face (damn..you smell great!). Lash me to the mast ladies! I just may never wash it off.

Mona di Orio Ambre.

I own her Tubereuse and Vanille, but sadly, Ambre is extremely forgettable on my skin. It's tame and subdued, as opposed to Mona's other rich animalics.

I was in Vol de Nuit, vintage extrait, too and Sous le Vent for an evening together with friends.
