Good fragrance for a high schooler/pre-college

Anyhow, my sister wants to get my little cousin a fragrance who's in high school (Senior year)
She said $25 maximum hahaha so I'm not really sure.
What's a quality fragrance
I was thinking Mont Blanc Legend but that's a little over $25
There's also the Cuba Gold and other varieties but they just come off (look) cheap despite the refreshing fragrance smells.

Overall, cheap, looks nice bottle wise and has a quality scent not some bogus axe

Your cousin is in high school and you do not know what he likes (I'm assuming). If you want to play it safe, go with something fresh that most guys and girls would like.
Perry Ellis 360 Red goes for $20-$25/100ml
You can also grab him a bottle of Michael Jordan - Legend for $10. Total for both would be $25-$35

Rochas Man is a good choice or Juicy Couture Dirty English is another.

For someone who is a senior, I'd consider PE 360 Red or Rochas man. I've never smelled them, but they are popular choices around here for such threads.

Thallium Black can be obtained for less than $25...They are all over EBAY an in many malls. I like the scent.
