I bet it is a John Varvatos scent. He's been pimping his clothing line since he got on America's Got Talent. JV gives him free clothes for show plugs and I bet Howard is about to plug one of his colognes.

But I wouldn't call John Vavatos pricey so I doubt it was that. I'm thinking either Creed, Tom Ford private or bond no. 9.

It's kind of annoying that he would plug it, tell us he will provide the name, then forget. Definitely tweet ronnie to get to the bottom of this. Include a link to this thread!

He said he didn't remember the name. He wouldn't come back and tell us that it was a Varvatos scent as if he forgot. He doesn't think his audience is that stupid.

A few months ago Lisa G got some "fragrance expert" to send Ronnie several frags to try instead of Mambo. He tried M7 Absolu, that unisex kardashian one and The One Sport I think. He still picked Mambo out of all of them.

I ordered some a few years ago when he first started talking about it and found out that girls do REALLY love it. I was working at a clinic with about 11 girls, most in their 20s to 30s and they all kind of groaned after smelling it. The worst part about it is telling people the name when they compliment you and ask what youre wearing.

Threads that are loosely-connected to fragrance are best posted in Off Topic. If you look around in Off Topic, you'll see that's where the threads asking about what a celebrity wears or what a historical figure would wear, etc. are placed. The MFD isn't where men post - it's for discussion of scents marketed to men.
