To me, this seems to be a deconstruction and reconstruction of what I know as Rum. Rather than typical molasses and scummings, this seems to be liquor derived from the purest of sugarcane in...
the opening reminded me so of profumo.it Don Corleone, its that same smoked ham scent, but here it lasts for ever, its quite linear after 30 minutes....its very nicely balanced, it feels like...

And I can feel a new love affair coming one. Super well blended anise, vanilla, black currant, pepper. So sweet and spicy, wet masculine. I cannot stop sniffing my hand.
Congratulations! Excellent fragrance finds good home. Love a nice story that ends well. You will live happily ever after with the EdP version in your collection. Cheers!

I presume that you have the EDP version wich i own too and its AMAZING!
Congrats
