Well, guys. This news takes my breath away. He (and Chris) has finally heard my voice and are doing a floriental with pepper and roses with my name written all over it in a symbolic commi red.

Thank you, Uncle Serge. My Moroccan trip while I was wearing that Lalique with rose and pepper was not in vain, seems like. Thank you again. Can't wait.

Ooh, can't wait to try this one! The ad copy is as silly as ever, but Uncle Serge's creations are worth the attention, IMHO.

When I heard about this scent I actually thought of you TWolf, no lie.

I'm looking forward to smelling it too. My 'reference' rose/pepper Rose Poivree by The Different Company is a shadow of its former glory. I hope ol' Serge doesn't wimp out on this one, like he did with the carnation in Vitriol d'Oeillet.

I love my wonderfully stinky Rose Poivree! dont' tell me what they did to it.....I'll cry.

I'm thinking I'll like this one, if I love the original Rose Poivree.

I'm curious, too. There's room for a peppery rose or rosy pepper in my life, although I absolutey disliked Vitriol, which smelled so synthetic to me.
