Best Burberry London edition?

I'm planning to buy Burberry London, but I'm a bit confused by the editions. I understand that there is the original, a 2008 Special Edition and a 2009 Special Edition. Which one is the best?

FYI, I've tested one of the special editions (not sure which year, but it had a plain dark skin) and really liked it.

I like the original the best. When it comes to Brit though I like the New Years edition better.

I own the 2008 Special Edition and I like it better than the original.

I have one of the special editions, not sure which one (grayish/brown skin). I like it much more than the original Burberry London.

I really like the original. Tried the other two but they never grabbed me enough to buy either.
