Good morning, Gentlemen and Terry. Thanks for the healing wishes for my heel, it is still about the same only I wrote a note at work for one week of vacation. Mr.T promises breakfast in bed though -- LOL -- huge endeavor, he knows how picky I am!

Jour d'Hermes -- deep crunchily fried lilies of the valley. It is a NO for me, will probably do something else. Another long day at work.

Good morning! Very gray and gloomy looking outside this morning, the forecast says
we will get some snow again today and then it will get really cold, -15 tonight.

I'm not a fan of bugs, but that is a really cool picture, Jon!

SotD is Chamade.

Have a great day!

Wow. Staggeringly beautiful photo of dew on dragonfly, Jon. Funny how Easyfish's gekko emulates with dew jewels. Sigh. I miss warm, outdoor life.
No scent yet.

Sheepishly have to report another ridiculously indulgent day. Cheese and wine at a neighbours house this afternoon. Managed to sample (among many) Sage Derby, Stilton, Danish Blue, Gorgonzola, AND my all time favourite - Gietost (musse and Ine will no doubt be familiar). The cork will be a-popping on a rich and wonderful port shortly. Sláinte !.

For the second day running my SotE will be Roja Dove Unspoken.

musse, really great to see you posting again .

Very cool photos (dragonfly and frog)!

We had a significant snowfall yesterday into the night and now it's time to go clean it all off the driveway. I'll wait until after my post-snowblowing shower to apply scent.

Evening All,

Cheese and Port sounds like a grand plan, Jon.
Tired out after a late night. Relaxing by the fire, listening to James Taylor and wearing Dior Homme ( Foustie ).

Best to everyone.

Ooh, sounds like the perfect Sunday evening, Kewart.
I'll certainly miss having a log fire to flop in front of when I return to the Big Smoke in a couple of days. There's nothing quite like it.

I'm reminded of a National Geographic article from many years ago that showed real beetles as jewelry. I was so attracted to the colors.

SOTD: Serge Lutens Santal Majuscule, from a small spray decant I purchased from STC. Giving it one more try before I add it to my sample (swap or file away) box. Still don't care for it! I'm not big on gourmands, and I find it more "sweet toasted nuts" than I do woods...

Amouage Sandalwood Attar for me.

Cool pictures, everyone! I'm wearing Bandit today.

Twolf, sorry about your heel. Take care and rest!

It has been a busy couple of weeks, with many people in my house. And the computer broke. But additionally I have been wearing very little scent, since some of my guests/family are sensitive to fragrance. Now that they have left, well, it's Business As Usual. Tonight I am wearing Habinita.
