Gucci Pour Homme - what is a fair price?

I really want to own a bottle of this and I have managed to find a Brand new sealed 100ml bottle for £80.00. Do you think this is a fair price or too much?

Thanks

I like this scent a lot but personally I wouldn't pay that. Bear in mind it is a strong one and it would take a long time to get through 100ml unless you have a very small collection. Have you tried DS2's Potion? It is quite similar (to me) although a bit lighter.

I adore Gucci PH I but that's not a fair price at all!

I would also say a bit overpriced.

Thanks

If you want it that badly then it's fair IMO.

Thanks mate, but I'm talking about the discontinued Gucci Pour Homme, that one is Gucci by Gucci pour homme.

I paid $50 for a 1.7 Gucci Pour Homme I, it should last me quite a while and I felt it was a fair price considering the relative rarity of the fragrance now.

If thats the only one available online ..... its a bargain !!!!!
I paid around $70-80 for my bottles of Gucci pour Homme earlier this year, but considering the growing rarity of this scent, I don't think the price is ridiculous. Have you tried it before, do you know you love it?

If I didn't have any bottles, I'd certainly pay $1.00-$1.25/ml for this scent.

Gucci pour homme undoubtedly is one of the finest fragrances on the earth. I got this bottle very recently and was a 2010 release for 50 $.

Cheers!!!!

Look on ebay.

I looked on ebay for you, and I guess I looked for me too because I'm interested in this one. The price you've been quoted seems quite reasonable, in my view.

I recently sold a barely used bottle 3.4oz on ebay. It went for $95. I started it at $10
post #17 of 32
Damn. I should have stocked up on this one when it was at Gordmans for $19.99

I ordered mine from a store in London who i guess were getting rid of old stock. The manager must not have realised their rarity as they were going for around £23 from memory. Gucci Pour Homme...absolute classic!

It was an ebay item that didn't sell and I contacted the seller who said he would accept £80.00. Here is the link mate:

He may have sold it, but worth contacting the guy - good luck

Buy a bottle of Balmain's Carbone.
It'll cost you 30 bucks, and they
smell identical.

This is a discontinued fragrance, but I had a local merchant try to sell me 100ml for $65 inclusive yesterday. But Tommy Bahama (in brown bottle) smells identical for $20.

There's a fragrance kiosk inside Manhattan Mall in NYC that sells GPH I. I don't have any intention of buying it, but out of curiousity, I asked how much he is charging for it. $90 was his answer for a 1.7oz bottle. My local fragrance store here in Jersey City has the same bottle for just $60.

You only live once. If it won't break your wallet and you really want it. Buy it.

Did he have the 3.4 oz? If so, any idea how much?

I assume you're asking for the one in Manhattan Mall since you are located in NYC. I was there yesterday, and only saw the small bottle, which is sitting on top of GPH II. Not sure if they have the 100ml, as I didn't ask (turned off by the high price). Sorry. They seem to have some discontinued products like BY Man (D&G), not sure if it's authentic since I wasn't able to check the bottle.

Indeed, yes, I meant the Manhattan Mall. And I was just in there last night, too! Thanks for the info.
