Since I'll stick with Bandit tomorrow, too, my last stats for 2012 are ready to roll!

This year was quite exceptional because I spent three months in Edinburgh, Scotland last Spring and packed only three scents with me (yes, the top three!). This also shows in the unusually low number of Encens et Lavande wears: it's my #1 choice after Saturday night sauna, and this year I missed many. After returning home I wanted to cherish my all-time faves (Yohji!) and also revisit forgotten old faves (Keiko Mecheris).

A lot of Balmain, Ava-Luxe (everyone I know loves Moss and LTBL) and Guerlain. When I went on my vacation, I limited myself to packing samples so that I would have options, then I bought Rose Oil in Bulgaria and wore that instead!

Lots of vintage Arpege eau de Lanvin. Then Shalimar Legere and vintage Magie Noire. Then vintage Krizia Teatro la Scalla and Vol de Nuit.

What I learned:
• The scents I wear most often are pretty much broken into winter/summer timing.
• Three of my most-worn scents were new* to me. The other two were discovered within the past two to three years.
• I also figured out these are much better as bedtime scents: Boucheron, 24 Faubourg, Mitsouko, Black Vetyver Cafe, Dark Amber & Ginger Lily

December for me was Bottega Venetta and Hypnotic Poison/HP Elixir.

Fourth quarter: Hypnotic Poison Elixir, Field Notes, Drole De Rose, Prada L'eau Ambree, EL Pleasures Delight. Though Field Notes has become more of a tobacco & dryer sheet scent to me, which is like totally unappealing! Ever since I thought of dryer sheets...I don't want to wear the scent hardly at all, lol.

2nd half: lol, I'd different samples and those from sample passes, lol.

2012: L'artisan Drole de Rose, Ineke Evening Edged In Gold samples, Prada L'eau Ambree, Bottega Veneta samples, Chanel Beige samples, Field Notes From Paris Ineke, Vanilla and Anise Jo Malone samples-until I really started picking up that tuberose note more, lol, Hypnotic Poison/Hypnotic Poison Elixir, EL Pleasures Delight, MJ Daisy, Hermes Caleche Eau Delicate and various orange/orange blossom scents.

For December, I had no repeats. I tested two new-to-me scents: L'Heure de Nuit (LOVED it!) and Le Labo Santal 33 (did NOT love it!).

That's the best I do on the stats ...
