3days ago i was exiting an establishment and i was pushed from behind fell on the pavement, suffered a brain bleed, concussion, and loss of consciousness. Next, this sad individual tried to slice my throat but was not successful. Next he started stabbing my back. Most of this happened while i was unconscious so i was just a cold body ready to beat, kill or rob. Somehow, i calld the cops before i passed out and the cops were there and the bad guy ran into his car and got away.

Anyway, i may be ok, i have to see 2 different types of neurologists over the next month or longer. I dont care, i can do his.

But let me tell you seeing family visit me for the for the first time, all of em in tears bc they loved me made me so happy. I love my family so much, now after this happening i can really tell you that they are unconditionally the most important parts of my life.

PLEASE dont let a tragedy like mine happen for you to wait to tell ur family how much you love them.

Peace and love, happy holidays n New Years to all you damn fumeheads. Lol

This was so shocking to read, I'm very, very sorry this happened to you. Your attitude is admirable; I see you have great strength in your personality. How brave of you to tell your story so soon after a horrible trauma. My best wishes to you for a complete recovery.

Can second your thoughts about showing our love for those closest to us regularly. I'm blessed to be surrounded by a family who practices just that. Mind you, we are far from perfect! But there is never any doubt about the love we feel. I can't recommend this approach to life enough.

Happy New Year, Scentapede! Take excellent care of yourself, please. I'm glad you have a loving family to aid in your healing.

I'm sorry this happened to you. Hopefully now that it's a month and a half later you are feeling better. Yes, family IS the most important thing in the world.
