Ladies,

I grew up in the middle east. I've been around a lot of heavy oud fragrances. I didn't really like them.

However, I have a renewed interested in fragrance, so I would like to approach oud again. I think I need something light and feminine. An oud for a lady who is a bit afraid of them (and loves orientals, vanilla and gourmands)

Am I crazy or is there an oud for me?

Micallef makes some very easy to wear ouds: Night Aoud, Vanille Aoud, Rose Aoud, Aoud Gourmet and Royal Rose Aoud

Guerlain Rose Nacree du Desert from the Les Déserts d'Orient collection. It has some Oud, but the main player is the Persian Rose.

If you don't mind a looking at a masculine scent, Ormonde Jayne Man.

Also agree with socalwoman, Micallef makes some easy to wear ouds.
