I reviewed this but it's still in the queue. Here are my thoughts:
'I'm not sure why they named this after a biblical tyrant with a reputation for brutality. It's actually a rather civilised spicy oriental. The most interesting part, to my nose, is the prominent tobacco leaf note, which seems to grow as the spice notes recede. Sweetness is acceptably moderate, the whole is super-smooth and well-balanced and, as usual with this house, there is no hint of usage of cheap ingredients. Longevity is excellent: 12 hours from 5 sprays. Is it worth the asking price? Not to me, it's a bit designer-at-niche price (think Spicebomb intense) but it's a lovely scent nonetheless'.
