How similiar are Bogart PH & Versaces Dreamer?

I am considering buying the Bogart PH blindly but I'm wondering how similar these two scents are?

Not similar at all. I'd go ahead and buy it. I think you'll like it.

Bogart PH is more masculine and cheaper. It is a powerhouse frag. The Dreamer is not bad, but I like BPH alot more, and own it. Dreamer is pretty sweet. BPH has a little sweetness, in the form of the cherry pipe tobacco vibe.
By all means, get the Bogart.

BPH is excellent smelling and an even better value. I think scent wise the two are dissimilar.

I own both; love The Dreamer, not that crazy about Bogart Pour Homme. I honestly don't really get a tobacco note with BPH (and it's not in the official notes either). It's not horrible, but kind of has an odd musty feel to it. Not fresh like Dreamer at all. I would like to find something else that has that really floral (almost cigarette leaf) type of tobacco that Dreamer has. There are tons of sweeter pipe/cigar type fragrances out there, but not that many with more of a floral tobacco blossom, sharper, cigarette type of note. (probably the closest I've found are Versace Man in the purple bottle and possibly Dolce & Gabanna Pour Homme. And though it doesn't have tobacco, I can kinda feel a similar vibe in Dior Homme due to the iris).

I'd also be interested in any recommendations for a fresh floral type tobacco like Versace's The Dreamer. (To me it smells like fresh cigarette tobacco mixed with clean laundry & I love it).

They are very different. Like BrianH1016, I love The Dreamer, it's a very unique fragrance. When I smell it, I feel I am opening a pack of french cigarettes (Gitanes) .....
I am for sure in the minority but I don't like BPH ; I find it very linear, and I am just smelling a very bad synthetic vanilla note, very strong and that never ends .... Sorry.

Not similar at all, both are great though.
