Alain Delon and Alain Delon Plus ???

Does anyone have information, notes ~ photos of Alain Delon Plus ?
Is Plus just a stronger version of the original or a completely different fragrance, (or perhaps a sport version ?). There are no reviews of Plus and so far I have found no information about it......a real mystery, this one !
Any help much appreciated.

Don't have notes David but have both in my collection. I believe Alain Delon Plus was renamed Sport or vice-versa.

Have to look into that one.

Thanks hednic. Interesting to note the change of name. I found the pyramid of both fragrances on scentdirect.com The notes are fairly different. I have the earlier Alain Delon, (non Plus) version which I am really enjoying. I love the "rich freshness" of it.
How does Plus compare ?..........I'm really curious !

Not great at describing notes, but it's fresher, lighter, but definitely doesn't smell the same, at least to me.

Despite the name, AD Plus isn't a stronger version of the original. It is a different fragrance. Both are outstanding fragrances.

David ... I agree with noggs ..
I have AD Classic & its a top quality frag , a better richer 3rd Man of current variety with elements of Santos .
AD Plus is totally different & as i have sampled it on many occasions from a decant .
I think , AromiErotici has reviews for both over at his Il Mondo Di Odore blog .

Anyway , have you re-sampled Carbone again ?

Thanks Dimitrios, I have the old AD version and I find it sensational. I've had it for years and was somehow not at all impressed when I first sampled it. Now I really love it !!! I will have to try and track down the AD Plus fragrance.
I sampled Carbone twice when it first came out, but I was not impressed. I found it to be very weak and monotone, (like elemi oil that has been watered down with alcohol and not much else going on...... I will give it another few tries, but I have been very disappointed with the reissues of Ebene and Zibeline......very weak and nothing like the original releases.
