looking for stovetop scent recipes

I have already seen plenty of orange and/or apple with cinnamon and clove...

I like the lemon with rosemary and vanilla.

Any other good stovetop simmer recipes that you like to put on in your home?

Pomegranate peel, pineapple rind, and cinnamon.

Pineapple rind is a great idea! I love the scent of pineapple. I may try that. I would imagine a used vanilla pod, after it's been dried out, would be a nice addition, too, if you like the scent. Does pomagranate peel smell like the fruit inside, Hednic?

Orange stuck with cloves and cinnamon bark..... in red wine, then drink it.

I love the smell of toffee so maybe dark sugar and vanilla. I'm not sure I see much point in a simmer if I couldn't eat or drink it afterwards though.
