Haven't even tried it, but it's bound to be infinitely more interesting than Oud Wood. Going to sell my bottle soon.

I like both (and own oud wood), voted for the Guerlain because of the greater complexity. Yet I cannot help but think that in both genres (ouds and smooth leathers) there are better examples. For instance, instead of the Lupin, why not go for the bolder Derby? (which regrettably comes in the same ugly bottle?)

Thanks guys now on the hunt for arsene lupin - i believe i can get it in london from Selfridges or Harrods - hope i meet with success, anyone knows if i can get this in hong kong though?

I voted for Arsene Lupin. I've sniffed the TF before, but it didn't make an impression. Arsene Lupin is a dry violet leather, very unique, I think.
