Don't differentiate by season or year. My fave five always:

Gengis Khan
Siecle
Gatsby
Balafre
Formidable Homme

I don't do seasons so my top 5 scents (excluding the impossible to acquire Lalfeorosa) would be the same year-round...

Portrait of a Lady
Giorgio for Men
(vintage)
Dia Man
Les Nombres d'Or Vetyver
Anat Fritz
(original)

I'm starting this by saying that today I discovered Rume by Slumberhouse, which is literally fall in a bottle.

So:

Winter: Tobacco Vanille, New Haarlem, Aventus, Sova, Memoir Man.
Spring: GIT, Himalaya, Selection Verte (?), Aventus, TdH (unfinished, I'm working on spring)
Summer: Neroli Portofino, Millesime Imperial, GIT (working on summer)
Fall: Sova, Rume, Burberry London, Himalaya, TV.
