Is a men like new haarlem?

I have A men and love it but am wondering if new haarlem is just like it in scent. I understand its a gourmand as well but does it have similar accords or is it different enough to use along side amen?

Also what about Givenchy Pi and le male? Ive smelled both and have le male and at first i thought they smelled exactly alike until I smelled pi again and to me it smells much sweeter than le male. Is this different enough from le male to justify buying it?

It's different to me.

Not at all. New Haarlem is very sweet in a maple syrup way with woods. A men is also very sweet but in a tarry, chocolatey caramel sense. Both are different enough to own

A*Men is better than New Haarlem and they're extremely different. If you like New Haarlem go with Michael Jordan Legend or Rochas Man.

Le'Male and Pi are totally different other than the vanilla smell. I personally don't like either. Cuba Gold is said to smell like LeMale and it does have some characteristics but it is 10 times better imo.

I don't find A*Men & New Haarlem similar at all.

People compare it to Legend and Rochas Man. I have both, and if it is similar then it's nothing like A*Men

new haarlem is one of my all time favorites.

it blows rochas man out of the water.

Don't find them particularly similar, but Rochas Man is far better IMO. New Haarlem is nice enough as a smell, but why would anybody want to smell of pancakes and syrup??

I'd put them in the same category, but pretty different scents. A*men is like chocolate with hints of caramel, whereas New Haarlem is Waffles/Pancakes with syrup. You can have both but you'd probably use it for the same occasion. If you were to go with New Haarlem i'd say try michael jordan legend first tho. Smells VERY similar in my opinion. and like less than 1/10th the price.

New Haarlem is awesome and really should not be compared to Legend or Rochas. Another great scent to check out would be Givenchy Play Intense.

New Haarlem and A*men are very different scents - both worth owning in my opinion. New Haarlem smells more like Cinnabons to me and A*men obviously has a whole different vibe going on.

Oh I misread the question. I thought it said "do men like new haarlem"?

A Men is somewhat similar, but completely different. Maybe 20% similar. Except that New Haarlem is sweeter (and doesn't have masculine notes like tar and patchouli). A Men is a sweet gourmand with a heavy masculine edge to it, whereas New Haarlem is pure gourmand.

And who wants to smell like pancakes, cinnabons, french toast and coffee? I sure do!

Same category by totally different smells. For the record, A*men is much more interesting, but New Haarlem is much more mainstream and will probably garner more compliments.

Givenchy Pi is a similar (less to no coffee note), but easier scent to wear than New Haarlem in my opinion.

I agree New Haarlem isn't for everyone. But if you really want to smell like baked goods, New Haarlem is your best bet.
I don't get baked goods... seems like 50/50 the thickest syrup on the planet earth and strong coffee.

No way that you'll mistake one for the other.
