Burberry Touch For Men
From your description, the first thing I thought of was Tiffany for Men. It can be bought directly from Tiffany. It is a fresh but powdery masculine scent that is very similar to Pour Monsieur from Chanel, but better. Another in this category that has a slight more herbal base is Monsieur Givenchy - a very fine, lemony, men's cologne chypre with a slight powdery touch. Pure elegance.

Habit Rouge is the first one that comes to mind...

Dior Homme?

My first thought as well. Tiffany for Men is incredible.

Noir by Tom Ford or it's BETTER predecessor, Habit Rouge by Guerlain (the Eau de Toilette).
Another for Habit Rouge
Good calls! Another not quite as powdery perhaps but more fresh talcum vibe with good projection is Prada Infusion d'Homme .

Tiffany for Men fits that bill perfectly. Habit Rouge does, too, but I like Tiffany better.
Midnight in Paris(but has a burnt rubber smell), CKN2U is like cinnamon rolls and baby powder, and D&G the one gentleman is like a talc with bubble gum.

Bleu De Chanel
I would agree with Tiffany for Men. Also Habit Rouge as well.

Creed Bois du Portugal may also be worth a look, although not as "fresh"

+1 Touch.

Check out Bvlgari BLV and BLV Notte too. BLV was one of my most complimented ever, Notte is basically the same but a little less powdery with a light chocolatey note.
As others mentioned Midnight In Paris and Habit Rouge are must haves IMO.

Racquets is great stuff. Barbershop for sure. I read that it was discontinued recently though, so if true be sure to snap up what's out there!

Habit Rouge or Dior Homme, as others have suggested.
La Nuit de L'Homme
Dior homme sport 2012... It's fresh up top with a very powdery dry down
post #25 of 50
Not the greatest sillage but as far as the rest, Gucci II may fit the bill.
+1 for Heritage - Guerlain
+1 for Habit Rouge - Guerlain
+1 for Tiffany For Men

Maybe try Burberry Brit for Men . . . or a cheapie, Versace Baby Blue Jeans.
Versace The Dreamer and Prada Amber Pour Homme (soapy) come to mind.
Dior Homme or Burberry Brit.

Seriously lots of good suggestions above including DH and MIP. Lanvin Arpege PH is heavy on the powder and can be had for cheap at Perfumania type stores and online.

Boucheron Jaipur Homme
I just realized that, for a fresh and powdery scent, Bulgari Blu is my favorite. Tiffany for Men is powdery and good, but I wouldn't consider it "fresh."

Rive Gauche pour Homme
YSL La Nuit de l'Homme EDP
how about royal copenhagen?
Actually, just thought of Habit Rouge L'Eau. That's pretty much perfect.
Rive Gauche

Burberry Touch is nearly unisex. I personally dont like the fragrance.
+1 Burberry Touch
Brit also seems powdery
Big +1 for Burberry Touch, which has tremendous sillage.
I also recommend Lolita Lempicka Au Masculin, Guerlain Homme Intense, and Armani Diamonds for Men.
All are very good also.

If you can find arpege pour homme cheap online please tell me where. It seems its all but dissapeared from all online retailers.

Good suggestions here, and I would add Deauville to the list.

I'm not sure this qualifies as cheap as it's still $90, but it seems beautyencounter has it as part of this gift set:

http://www.beautyencounter.com/buy/a...26424/244314/1

I saw it at some mall in San Jose, California about 1 year ago (one of those Perfumania type places). Since you're in UK, I'm guessing the Beatyencounter transaction would be easier. I have ordered from them before and had good transactions.

Burberry Brit
another vote for Tiffany for Men. Another would be Lalique pour homme (Lion).

Well maybe you should let the people at Boucheron know.
