I only have 2 x 10s. Fahrenheit and Gucci Pour Homme II. Got lots of 9s and 8s and nothing below 7.
Only one I would give 10 out of 10, and that is Invasion Barbare.

2 for me: Rive Gauche PH and Fahrenheit are both simply perfect as far as I'm concerned.

Of what I own, probably just a few.

Subjectively:

Jubilation XXV
Absolue Poir le Soir
Frapin 1697
Silver Factory
All the ones in my signature below are 9.5 or 10 out of 10 (except Lalfeorosa since I don't own it). In addition to those I would add vintage original Polo by Ralph Lauren, Cuiron by Helmut Lang, Terre d'Hermès by Hermès and vintage JHL by Aramis.

Same here. Love that cologne too! Just wish it was not so darn $$$.

Aventus, New Haarlem, Green Irish Tweed, and 1 Million are my 4 perfect scores.

My rating included projection, longevity, wearability and originality, in addition to the other scants.

Yes mate. Strangely, I hated it for 20 years and then in December a friend of a friend was wearing it and it smelt fantastic, so I bought a bottle and now I am loving it. Took a complete u-turn on this one

Quorum (yeah, that's right)
VC&A PH

Ones that could also be in the running are 2 I recently sampled, and may purchase and test further:
YSL LaNuit
Prada Amber PH

See how diverse my tastes are? From hardcore, powerhouse scents to some kinda sweet ones.

La Nuit and Amber are both great frags imo!

Most of my favorite scents have poor longevity, so I can't rate them 10/10.

I think the only ones I'd give perfect scores to would be GIT and MI. If they're from a good batch, they're 10/10 to me -- great, complex scents with decent or better longevity.

My favorite "pure scent" right now is Chanel's Eau de Cologne, but longevity is so bad it can't be a 10.

Weirdly, probably just Creed Original Santal. It's potent, it's long lasting, it smells great, it only takes two sprays and my wife loves it. It's the only cologne I know that ticks all those boxes. Just maybe, LADDM would qualify on that same criteria.

My runners up would be Aventus and Bleu de Chanel.

Chanel edition Blanche. My wedding scent for a reason

So many to choose from. Despite my tastes changing from time to time, the following will always remain 10 out of 10:

Aramis
Jaipur
Zino Davidoff
Relax
Azzaro Pour Homme

Givenchy Gentleman, and my latest 10 out of 10 discovery:

Original Santal doesn't get enough love. I don't rate it a ten but it gets close.
