Anyone else like Nuit Etoilee?

Annick Goutal's Nuit Etoilee was listed on Parfum1's website as their best selling men's fragrance. I was kinda bored at the time and had a 20% cc do I decided to blind buy it. Kinda hard to describe but I'm really diggin' it and have worn it twice in the last week and both times got multiple compliments.

Anyone else use this and can explain what kind of scent this is (marine, gourmand, etc..) because I'm terrible at picking out notes or descriptions?

Haven't used it since I bought when it first came out, but I like it.

I sampled it and found it pleasant on the nose but it didn't feel bottle-worthy to me. Glad to hear you're enjoying it, and the blue bottle is cooler than many of the blue fragrances around these days.

I've gone through most of a bottle. To me, its better than Norne. I really enjoy it.

This was the one bottle on my Christmas list, and I'm so glad it made it's way under the tree. Afraid I can't help out much with breaking down the notes, but it is quite unique.

I was very close to buying it, I had the bottle in one hand and my nose buried in my hand where it was sprayed, walking to the counter close. To me, it smells like a cold breeze, minty, herbal fresh notes are dominant. Neither marine (calone etc) nor gourmand.

I did not buy that day because dominant herbals turned a little bit sour and close to anise (which I don't like at all) on my skin.

But I would happily own a decant rather than a full bottle.
