Fragrance Net Creed Confusion

After scanning fragrancenets site for any new Creed deals (mainly to see if Aventus went down in price), I noticed that they have two listings for GIT; an EDT and an EDP. Knowing that there is only one version of GIT, I found this unsettling as I have purchased many Creeds from fragrancenet before. The listing price is also different between the two. Could anyone possibly shed some light on this?

Strange. Don't think I've ever seen that before. I can see how they might mess up the EDT and EDP, but not at significantly different prices.

As you say, there's only one GIT. I don't know why Fragrancenet makes the mistakes they make. They also group Creed fragrances into "men's" and "women's," which is often completely incorrect.

I'd just choose whichever one is cheapest and go with it. Don't forget to use a discount code.

My only hypotheses is enough people who received the green irish tweed with the toilet water Pgs marking (translation meaning edt from what ive read) engraved on the back were unhappy and sent it back for a return, thus leading fragrancenet to make a distinction.

Its just marketing. Most men in the US think anything that says perfume is for women so the buy the one that says edt. Women think the edp is for them so they pay more for it.

This also happens on FragranceNet when there is no difference - sometimes the exact same fragrance is listed in the men's and women's sections of FragNet with the only difference being that the women's is more expensive.
