Hi Sorry for my English.

My anniversary is coming and I want to give to my boyfriend a new fragrance and Im not good deciding which one I could buy.

His favorite perfume is Lacoste Pour Homme, but he has tried another like Curve Cologne for Men by Liz Claiborne, 212 Carolina Herrera, and Gucci by Gucci. He hates Diesel fragrances.

He´s 28 years and he has a simple, impeccable and relaxed style. I don´t want something too strong or very masculine, but I want something special that makes him feel elegant and unique and with a great smell appropriate to work or to go in a date.

Somebody told me about Allure Chanel, Gucci II, and Boss Botled.

Thank you for any help.

Gucci Pour Homme II. Sophisticated sensual masculinity in a bottle. Inoffensive, so would be OK as work/office fragrance. It's also perfect for intimate occasions too.

Gucci Pour Homme II is an excellent choice.

Chanel Allure Homme definitely, it's very versatile, yet sexy. All season, all weather, all occasions. Very likeable scent.

I think the Dior Homme and Chanel Allure Homme range, including the sports versions are excellent choices.

They all smell great, there very popular and well liked, yet there not outright obvious choices that people have.

There grown up, yet youthful, smart, sporty, daytime, nightime, casual, whatever you want them to be.

There also not ridiculousley priced but the quality is there for mainstream scents.

Yves saint laurent l'homme or D&G The One

I would go for Gucci II or Boss Bottled. They both would work for work or date night.

I would agree with every suggestion mentioned above. I would also suggest Tom Ford Neroli Portofino or Chanel Egoiste.

Congratulations on your anniversary and welcome to Basenotes!
