Can men wear Silences by Jacomo?

Can men wear Silences by Jacomo? I hear its very similar to Chanel No 19.

Yes, I own it and use it. It's a wonderful clean green scent, semi-chypre. It is close to No 19 only in the sense that it has a green galbanum note, but it has none of the flowers and powderiness of No 19. In general, I think that green scents are very suitable to men, and see no problem not only with Silences, but also with things like Cristalle, Private Collection, and the like.

Ok then i must try this Silences. It could be a bit smaller (they have told me so).

Don't know No 19 but I've seen it being compared to Halston 1-12. Personally I think it's not hard to wear. Just wish it would be a bit louder, as this lady likes his scents to project.

This is the same thing I thought when I first tested this fragrance back in 2002, in fact, the first impression made me convinced that this is actually a male fragrance.

Anyway, even after I found out it's a female scent, I'd still consider wearing it.
