Yes, you read it right.
I am going to be around some females this weekend at a party, and i would like to know the best fragrance to accomplish this task. I currently own the following, but i will gladly buy the ones that you guys recommend.

Creed git
Amen pure malt
Le male

Versace pour homme

That is not up to a cologne, actually the wrong cologne or scent intensity may have the opposite effect.

Tough question, because everybody is different, what smells sexy to one woman will smell horrible to another - without knowing the preferences, it's risky. Usually, more sexual perfumes are considered those with deep musks (like MKK mentioned by Jack), but they can smell dirty to many people, which you don't want.

Perhaps, in the end, it's just better to play safe and use something that, even though it doesn't make women think of sex, it won't turn them off. Le Male seems safe enough, if somewhat uninspiring.

From what I hear, something that's easy to wear, readily available at brick and mortar retail, and has a rep for smelling great to women but is also very masculine, with a 'come hither' vibe, is Prada Amber Pour Homme Intense.

Not to be rude, but... if a fragrance existed that would make women want to have sex with the man who wears it, surely you realize it would be the most purchased fragrance in the history of perfumery. It would be the #1 best seller, outselling all others combined by a landslide no matter how much it cost, and you probably wouldn't even want to wear it since every guy who views women as nothing more than vaginas would already be bathing in it.

It's all about the swagger dude. Chics dig funny guys, not wafts of cologne. I use cologne as part of my style.

Houbigant Fougere Royale. This has to be the original vintage though; the reissue will not work. I absolutely guarantee that it will make every woman in your vicinity think of sex. If you find it ineffective, you will need to send me the bottle for testing to make sure it's not fake.

Is it okay if the sex they think of is their parents having sex? That's a big turn on, right?

Anyway, if you wear something she likes than it may make you seem more appealing, but ONLY IF you seem appealing in every other way FIRST. If she doesn't like what you're wearing, or if she thinks you've overapplied cologne, then that's a turn-off.

Purely out of interests in tapping the knowledge of the experts here, aren't pheromones proven to be evolutionary traits still persevering in humans to aid the quest for success when in heat? Surely in light of this the topic would fall well within the realms of olfactory science

A little more seriously, visual and auditory cues can strongly alter thoughts and perception subconsciously as demonstrated by Derren Brown (methodically insane guy) and Daniel Kahnemann (nobel laureate and author of Thinging Fast and Slow), much more so than we would like to think. I do think there can be certain smells such as musk which are beyond simple memory triggers but more like 'genetic memory' triggers, if you know what I mean. Point to note however, is that some people take this concept too much into pseudo-science instead of more disciplined research.
