That's my first impression of this. lol I have it on my left hand right now, and I swear, it's like a nutty 1 Million. Am I the only one that feels that way? I wouldn't be surprised to learn that the two have similar notes...

No, but I associate Tonka Imperiale as a more nutty version of New Haarlem. Good stuff either way.

Wow! I can see that! Considerably less sweet but nuttier, more roasted New Haarlem.

A wonderful scent indeed.

I hated this stuff at first, but it's actually really nice. Sweet, but for a reason (I know that's a weird analysis, but that's how I feel)

I definetely don't hate it. It's okay. Nice, even. But I just don't love it.

Very good frag!

It takes Tonka Imperiale about 10-15 minutes to become pleasing to my nose.

Never tested this, but it moved significantly way up on my testing list, since I enjoy other Guerlain scents, the fragrance note of cocoa butter (and almost any cocoa-based note) and One Million taken apart, I can only imagine how good a scent that combines it all would be.

Definitely don't get cocoa butter.

I get honey, roasted nuts, tonka bean, etc....

A good fragrance but alas, not for me.
