If you could find them, which men's frags which are rare or discontinued would you buy?

I've got so many that I'm selling some of my backup bottles but there are a few I'd like to sample, such as vintage Furyo.

Close, but I slightly prefer the Prive. Unless a lottery win comes my way I simply couldn't justify over 600 quid for a bottle of anything!

Just two for me- Egoiste cologne concentree / Bois de nuit (I don't even think that one exists though, I swear it's just a myth) and original windsor.

Strangely, I've smelled vintage tabarome and Patou pour homme and was not horribly impressed with either. It was at a much younger point in my fragrance experience though, so maybe it was the equivalent of Gisele Bundchen walking in my door and me going "ehhhh whatever!"
Fahrenheit
Bel Ami
Derby
Patou pour Homme
Chanel pour Monsieur
Grey Flannel
Mouchoir de Monsieur
Fougere Royale

i wouldn't mind backups of Envy and Nobile

Got the name wrong, sorry. I ment Bois Noir, which is to say, the original version of Egoiste.

I have everything I sought, so I therefore no longer have a wish list.

My adventure into the world of deep vintage wasn't worth it. Lots of rancid bottles out there.

My favorite discontinued fragrances are

Cartier L'Essence de Must Pour Homme
Cartier Must Pour Homme
Cartier Santos Concentree
Cartier Santos Eau de Sport
Gaultier 2
Gucci No. 3
Gucci Pour Homme 2003
Hermes Eau de Cologne

And while I have great sentimentality for Gucci Nobile, I think it's basically not all that great. Since the bottle and the juice are beautiful, I have them backlit in a display case in my bathroom. It is one of the most beautifully-packaged men's fragrances of all time. Every so often I convince myself that it's ok and I put some on. And I suppose it is ok, but nothing more. It just takes me back to another time in my life, so I'll always keep some around.

Thanks for being honest! I feel the same way about Pure Malt back when that was the thing to get. What a fiasco on my part to try so hard to get a bottle, only to be so disappointed.

Patou PH is # 1 on that list of mine which is growing by the second...
I'd also add Tiffany for men.
I'd like to find a nice bottle of vintage Old Spice. Egoiste Concentree would be fun. Vintage YSL Pour Homme, just for the memories.

Vintage Chanel Pour Monsieur. I have the reformulation, and it's just ok.

Vintage Givenchy Gentleman. Love the reformulated version. Never sniffed the original.

Are you sure that one is discontinued? I bought a 100ml bottle from the Cartier boutique in Naples FLA in December.
