It seems year 2002.
The box doesn't report the long ingredients list, but only short "alcohol, fragrance, water" list.
Manufactured by Procter & Gamble.
Is this a good buy? or it's a reformulated/ruined one?

If the price is resonable, and you like it...Why not?

Great purchase! Joy was good in all concentrations. And this one is not reformulated. The jasmine restriction came into play much later, perhaps in 2010 or so.
