BOSS Bottled vs BOSS Bottled Night

Basically, ive ordered 2 samples, one of BB and the other of BBN and i was wondering what fragrance is the best for going out on a night.

I know boss bottled is the better one (from what ive heard) but is the night version better for going out on a night?

I wouldn't necessarily think so. Never smelled either one, but from what robes08 was saying, it seems like the original is the better one for most situations, as Night is pretty generic with all the violet leaf. That being said, it may be good for nights, like Armani Code is.

I tested the Night version on several occasions and while I do agree that the regular Bottled is better, the Night version might still work for going out, provided it's for more casual, informal occasion which usually favors lighter scents (at least to my nose, the Night version being a tad lighter than the regular Bottled).

Original is great for night and day, all seasons, work, date, club etc. Boss Bottle Night is utter crap.

I personally hate both of them. There's much more better fragrances out there IMO. But if I had to choose it would have been the original bottled for sure!

I would go with the original. I acquired night today although I enjoy the top notes better, it quickly melds down into a nondescript blur of watered-down freshness that barely lingers.

I was a bit mystified when I saw Boss Bottled Night - as I've always thought of Boss Bottled being more a night time/going out type scent. BBN seemed a bit redundant to me. I thought the same of Obsession Night too.
