Terre D'Hermes high school signature scent

I just received a sample and I don't know if I like it. I'd only worn it once and no compliments were given. And when I asked close friends of mine if they liked it, they said it wasn't bad or good. Is this a compliment getter? and should I just man up and make the purchase?

It's a very nice scent. Give it a few wearings. You might find that you will like it more.

Terre d'Hermes is a CLASSIC - you need a few more wears to get a better feel IMO...

Definitely worth it! one of my all time faves. Give it some time and if you can try to spray it from a full bottle in a store, it might give a better wearing.

Anyone can wear anything they like, of course, but it's hard to see many kds liking TdH.

I think most of your classmates in high school will be too young to appreciate TDH.

But if you like it, wear it.

To me, TDH is a good fragrance, but nothing special, in my eyes.

To me it seems like you're just way more mature than all of them. I would have never had the stones to wear that in high school. That's a man scent right there, so don't yourself, you're on the right path. If you like it you like and it to hell with what everyone else thinks. Trust me on that one.

If you are seeking compliments, try A&F Fierce or Chanel Allure Homme Sport, or Bleu de Chanel. Perfect for highschool.

If you want compliments in HS, TdH isn't your best bet. Try something like Fierce, YSL - L'Homme, Boss Bottled (6), Armani Code.

it´s an amazing scent... and you can wear it for any occasion and any time of the year, which is a plus. it´s normal to not get a compliment in one day don´t worry with that...

although i dont wear it every day, i got a few compliments with it, some coming from people I was meeting for the first time. I remember once i went to eat out and watch a soccer game. At the bar/restaurant there was a couple that were friend´s friends.

The girlfriend at the end of the night came to ask me what I was wearing as it was amazing... she actually had "balls" to ask it in front of her bf...

When i said the name she couldnt recall the fragrance but she said she was going to definitely buy it for her bf...

so don´t worry and enjoy it. To be honest i wish that back in the time i was in high school I could be lucky to have access to such an amazing fragrance!

I just wore this yesterday . Asked two of my friends what they think about it , they said it's a good fragrance and liked it .

I think the EDT is good for everyone as it's more transparent and less heavy than the EDP , so you can wear it with no problem in HS . After all it only matters if you like the scent and feel comfortable with it .

btw I prefer the EDT for summer or hot weather and the EDP for autumn and spring .
