Montale Paris status quo

I am following with a bit of anxiety the (IMO) disappointing evolution of Montale this last year. The opening of the new Paris store, which they claim will retake the 50 ml size that they don't offer anymore as of yet, is being constantly postponed, and it seems a bit unlikely that it will happen anytime soon.
Now they have issued a statement on their Facebook page saying that the bottles that can be bought from their online store come in a lower concentration, and that getting the extra dash for high concentration is only possible at their stores... yet there is no store!
I really wanted to buy a few 50 ml bottles from them, but under these conditions: no thanks!

Doesn't seem worth getting the smaller size.

What do you mean? Worth the hassle? I used to go for the 50 ml size as Montales are very strong, and I prefer having a wider variety of smaller bottles anyway...

I just meant considering what you found out. Perhaps you're right to hold off until things become clearer.

I would give 'em a wide berth, seems a rather shambolic outfit from what I have seen.

Yeah, it might be the sensible thing to do, although I doubt things will get any clearer...

Too much of a hassle. Take another route bro.

I think given the new postage "regulations" they've shot themselves in the foot in many ways. I certainly won't be buying from them via online or in store.

I really like their old store in Paris. Now, I just wait til they re-open again. Buying online is really boring

I read that as a posh lady, made my day. But, it's true, even though most SA don't know what they're selling.

Latest from the Montale website:

"We have no sales points in France, we hope to open a shop in Paris soon."
