Heres what the following are after in their choice of fragrance:

Ben Affleck, slightly bitter opening.

George Clooney, beauty masquerading as beast.

Joaquin Phoenix pines for a concoction that will help him get him the hell out of there.

Jennifer Lawrence, quick pick-me-up.

Seth McFarlane, positive reviews.

Ben Affleck- Bigarade Concentree; a little bitter in the opening, a little heavy handed too

George Clooney- Voleur de Roses; I don't really understand why Clooney is "beauty masquerading as beast though"

Joaquin Phoenix- Aventus on one side of the neck, Sacretions Magnifique in the other; he's in character

I read an interview with Clooney about a year or two ago, and the interviewer made a point at the start to say that Clooney "smelled fabulous." I kept waiting for him to say what Clooney was wearing, and he never did.

Too bad basenotes can't commission a fragrance reporter on the red carpet to specifically ask the nominees what scent they are wearing. It wouldn't make any difference to what I wear, but I would be interested to know whether many of them even wear any cologne at all.

I will say that ever since I read that Sean Connery wears Jicky, every time I see him I think "the man smells like cat poo."

i dont trust what the internet says celebrities are wearing because it is fabricated from sourceless blogs.
